Gluten Free World is the continuation of 89 years of FG Roberts, pioneers of the gluten free industry. Our founder Paul is picking up where FG Roberts left off with a simple idea: “What if you could recreate the kind of gluten free baked goods you’d find in your favorite café, right at home?" Paul, a coeliac, chef, and passionate foodie, turned this idea into reality by crafting a range of small batch, café grade baking flours, bread, and cake mixes.
